How a sealing job runs

Clean, sand,
seal

  1. Clean it

    We hit every inch of the surface with efficiency and care. Whether we are just cleaning or sealing, the job is prepped to perfection.

  2. Sand the joints

    Where the joints need it, we sweep in new polymeric or permeable sand before the sealer goes down.

  3. Seal it

    We typically use Innovative Concrete Technology sealers: Ureseal for brick pavers, Stone Show for natural stone and travertine. Eco friendly and water based.

Most of our projects take 1 to 2 days. Fall is the best time of year to get your paver sealing done: little to no rain.
