Yes. We do residential and commercial cleaning and sealing.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday 8 am to 6 pm, and Saturday 9 am to 4 pm. Closed Sunday.

Why seal pavers?
Sealing protects and enhances the life of your pavers. We prevent stains, weeds and weather damage while bringing out the natural color of your pavers.
What sealer do you use?
We typically use Innovative Concrete Technology: Ureseal for brick pavers, and Stone Show for natural stone and travertine. Both are top shelf sealers, eco friendly and water based.
When is the best time to seal pavers?
Fall is the best time of the year to get your paver sealing done: little to no rain, and beautiful weather to enjoy the outdoors.
Do you clean the pavers before sealing?
Yes, always. Whether we are just cleaning or sealing, we make sure the job is prepped to perfection. Where the joints need it, new polymeric or permeable sand goes in before the sealer.
Will sealing bring back the color of faded pavers?

Does sealing help keep weeds out of the joints?

What is the round machine in your videos?
A surface cleaner. We use it on flat concrete like driveways and sidewalks.
Do I need my pavers washed before they are sealed?
If we are sealing them, the wash is already part of the job: every sealing job starts with a full clean, prepped to perfection.

What is the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?
Pressure washing is for patios, driveways, walkways and pool decks. Soft washing is a gentle but highly effective cleaning solution for delicate surfaces like roofs and siding: it eliminates mold, mildew and algae without causing damage.

Do you repair pavers?

Do you install polymeric or permeable sand?
Both. Polymeric sand installation and permeable sand installation are both part of our work.
Can you strip old sealer and reseal pavers?
Yes. On one 500 square foot courtyard we stripped everything, installed new granite permeable sand and resealed it all.
Do you re-sand pavers before sealing?
Where the joints need it, yes: new polymeric or permeable sand is swept in before the sealer goes down. Watch it in the clip on this page.
What colors does permeable joint sand come in?

Do you lay pavers?

Yes. Whether you are cleaning up after a renovation or decluttering a space, our junk removal service quickly gets rid of unwanted items.
Do you work on construction sites?

Do you haul away yard waste?

Do you clean up after a renovation?

Do you deliver sand, rock and pavers?
Yes. From sand to pavers, we handle material deliveries, on time and accurate.
Do you install silt fence?
Yes. Silt fence installation prevents erosion and manages runoff, controlling sediment during construction.

What landscaping do you do?
Mulching and rock installation, weed removal and clean-ups, edging and detailing, plant bed refreshing and plant installation, whether you are refreshing an existing yard or starting from scratch.
Do you install rock or mulch?
Both: high-quality mulch or decorative stone, to add texture, contrast and protection to your flower beds.
Do you plant palm trees?
Yes. On one backyard we planted over 20 palm trees along the fence line, with tropical plants around them. Daniel D. describes it in his Google review on this page.
Do you edge beds and walkways?
Yes. Edging and detailing sharpen the look of every border and walkway, for that professional finish.
Can you refresh old plant beds?
Yes: new soil, new plants and clean rock layouts, to bring your beds back to life.
Do you do weed removal and yard clean-ups?
